Crème Caramel is a classic dessert, delicious and easy to prepare.
- 1 liter of Milk
- 300 g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla stick
- 6 whole Eggs
- 2 Egg yolks
Boil the milk in a saucepan with the vanilla and let him rest. Meanwhile whisk slowly with a whisk eggs and 200 grams of sugar and embed it with milk previously boiled. In a frying pan cook the remaining sugar till it becomes caramel and pour it on the bottom of the ramekins.
Add the mixture and bake in a water bath for an hour in the oven at 160°.
